Post-Rehabilitation Program

Rosen Method is distinguished by its gentle, direct touch. Using hands that listen rather than manipulate, the practitioner focuses on chronic muscle tension. A powerful tool to reduce stress and to discover how the body-mind connection shows up in your relationships, career, fulfillment and self-expression.

Rosen Method Movement Classes

Marion Rosen developed this form of exercise to prevent pain and limitations in the body before they could arise and to help her clients feel better and age gracefully. Set to music, these gentle, unhurried movements are designed to improve alignment and flexibility. They create more range of motion, ease in breathing, and deepen awareness of the body. These movements are done individually as well as in circles or with partners.
